Stellar Development and Management believes in developing their employees to constantly be striving to take on more responsibility. Therefore, we always prefer to promote from within wherever possible. This can be seen in any number of success stories throughout our organization.
We develop our employees by first asking them to develop and share with us their own personal career plan. This allows our Managers and Supervisors to help facilitate their growth taking advantage of their strengths and helping to develop their weaknesses.
Our belief in training is first like most companies for there to be adequate hands on training from a co-worker, mentor or Manager. Unfortunately, the tendency is for training to stop there in our industry. Stellar believes you have to have 24/7 access to supplemental training as the associate needs it and has time for it in their work day. Therefore, we have created a state of the art Intranet Site that has a library of answers to frequently asked questions, discussion forums and training tutorials available anytime.
Stellar Development and Management is constantly striving to provide the best work environment possible to our associates. Every year in November/December, we commission CEL Associates to survey each of our associates on how we are doing. Stellar Development and Management has a Culture Team made up of our employees and ownership that is constantly using the extremely valuable information in these surveys to help create the best place to work in our industry.
