The foundations of our company began in the late 1980's with the acquisition of investment properties in strategically selected West Texas markets. As product sales volume and capital markets began to change, the company broadened its parameters from pursuing only West Texas assets to pursuing only the right assets in any market - Texas or elsewhere. This broadened perspective has allowed the acquisitions arm of Stellar to become experts in the assessment of varying market types and strategic planning based on each asset's unique situation.
Our acquisition team analyzes a strategically selected set of markets in order to identify undervalued assets which meet our acquisition criteria. Stellar applies a rigorous approach to analyzing assets in an attempt to identify areas for improvement which will directly affect the bottom line.
